Eligibility: American Historic Coins & Collectibles (AHCC) 2023 American Silver Eagle Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on August 16, 2023 and ends on October 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM EST ("Entry Period").

How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the official entry form available on the American Historic Coins & Collectibles website at [Insert Website URL]. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and valid. Limit one entry per person. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 2023 American Silver Eagle CACG MS70. The prize has an approximate retail value of $100. The winner need not be present at the drawing to claim the prize.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on November 7, 2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Shipping: Shipping of the prize to the winner's confirmed address within the continental United States will be provided free of charge. AHCC is not responsible for any lost or misdirected shipments.

Marketing Consent: By entering the Giveaway, you are granting American Historic Coins & Collectibles permission to market to you via the contact information provided. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of American Historic Coins & Collectibles, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
